Day Trip - Bryce Canyon

We decided it was too windy to spend the day in Panguitch so we packed a lunch and headed to Bryce Canyon National Park.  It was much better there but still a cold north wind blew and blew!  We decided to hike a loop from Sunset Point around to Sunrise Point.  A beautiful little hike!

 

 

 

 

 

 This little bird was up in a tree and with each picture it came closer and closer until we were just about face to face!  Thank you for the pose!

 Kimber is just so good with her little sister!  I love that she helped her all along the way!  And Leighton loves her Kimber!

I Love To See The Temple, I'm Going There Someday...

Jeff, myself and his parents spent a wonderful day at the Manti Temple with McKenna as she took out her own endowments in preparation to serve her mission.  It was a beautiful day and each temple worker seemed to know she was their missionary that day.  I love the Manti Temple and it was a bit slow that early in the morning on a weekday so she was treated with a little extra attention.  They were just so wonderful!  They must have made a great impact on her - as soon as she got back to Provo - she went through a session in the Provo Temple!  She also followed it up with a session on Saturday to the Salt Lake City Temple and then back to the Provo temple again!  I think she's started off on the right foot!

 

 

Spring Piano Recital

Addison and Kimber had their piano recital.  Beautiful girls and growing in their talents!  So happy to watch them perform and improving in their skills!

Another Wise One

Garrett came home from school one day and said his mouth was hurting.  Upon inspection we discovered his lower wisdom teeth were half way through!  No wonder he was in pain!  So another trip to the oral surgeon was scheduled and Garrett came through like a trouper!  However, he was not as entertaining as McKenna after all those fantastic drugs.  He just snored all the way home!

Back In The Saddle

This winter really has been a mild one and without any snow on the ground and with reasonable weather - as far as Panguitch goes - we have been saddling up the horses for little rides around the valley.
