The trucks all looked like little toys. Hard to believe the tire from the first picture is from one of those things!
Some of the cousings investigation an old mining cart.
A family picture in front of the tire. Looks like we weren't as smart as the girls to get out of the sun. McKenna missed out on the whole reunion as she was at cheer camp in SLC. As much as we missed her and much to her dismay, we still have plenty of fun without her.
Smile!
Every person in this photo is a member of the family except the 2-3 in the hot tub at the back. It only happens about once a year that all these cousins get to spend some time with each other.
The pool was the kids' favorite part of the whole vacation. If we just would have hung out at the motel for a couple of days just to swim, the kids would have been just as happy, maybe even more so!
This is the beginning of Rick's Spring up Logan Canyon. A shallow cave with water bubbling mysteriously up from near the back.
The caravan of vehicles stopped at Rick's Spring. 5 families, 5 vehicles. Thank goodness for cell phones!
One of the things I truly miss about going to USU and living in Logan is Logan Canyon. So easy to get and get lost in. Jeff and I sure had alot of memories up this canyon. Like the time when I made him pack up all the camping gear at 2 am when a huge lightning and thunderstorm struck. Oh, I wasn't afraid of the rain or lightning. I was afraid of one of those huge pine trees falling on me while we slept!
All in all it was a great reunion. It was wonderful to see all the cousins play together. We had so much fun just hanging out and enjoying each other's company. We look forward to next year!
