Busy Weekend

McKenna, Kimber, Leighton and I went up to Salt Lake City Sunday and Monday for a whole list of things to do! McKenna's friends Katelyn and Frecia joined us so we had a great girls time out. While we were there we were able to visit Jeff's dad who is in the middle of a stem cell transplant for multiple myeloma.
McKenna had to have an MRI. It's been 2 years since her tumor was removed and things still look really great. Hardly any evidence of any tumor. If I could ever figure out my scanner I will have to post before and after pics! Her favorite part? The IV start...Not!
After appointments at Primary's, we met Analee and James at the Garden Restaurant in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. James and Leighton hit it off right off the bat. Why don't babies have stranger anxiety with each other, just with adults?

McKenna, Frecia and Katelyn. Great friends and awesome girls! We had a blast with them! I laughed the whole weekend!

The girls met with a Primary Children's Representative for cash and toy donations. They are going to do a drive for Primary's for their FCCLA project this year. Marie gave them some great ideas. The best part is they met with her all their own and Analee and I just got to visit while the babes crawled around and Kimber galloped around the room!
